Here are the house rules to help keep the finca calm and comfortable for everyone. They’re simple and meant to make your stay easy and peaceful.

Only the number of persons listed in the booking may stay at the property.
Silence from 22:00 to 9:00.
No parties or loud gatherings.
No pets.
Respect the natural environment and the shared areas of the finca.
Smoking only in outdoor areas and away from doors or windows.
Visitors allowed only with prior notice.
Keep the house clean and leave dishes washed before checkout.
Dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Parking only in the marked areas.
Report any damage or issue as soon as possible.
